It depends on the unit and the size. There is a wide array of units at varying price points. Contact our leasing team for specific unit pricing and availability.
Another great reason to contact our leasing team is that the team works across all of the SCA properties. So, if we can’t find the right fit for you at The Lincoln, they will be able to explore options at Fairmont Creamery, Wagner Awning, Mueller Lofts, and The Tappan with you, too.
We have one-year leases.

The Lincoln will feature a pet wash station for residents—and is just steps away from Lincoln Park. For dog owners, we know the park will become your dog’s favorite place to play fetch, chase squirrels, and relax in the shade with you.
All residents will have access to the community room and large balcony, which is located on the fourth floor with views of Downtown Cleveland. Additionally, some units feature private balconies.
We pay for sewer, trash, and water. Residents pay for electricity, and each unit is metered separately. The building is certified to Enterprise Green Community standards, which often means that residents enjoy lower utility bills. Residents are also responsible for internet.
SCA works with Snip Internet on all of our projects. They’re great! They are less expensive than other providers, they are not a mega-corporation, and their internet is faster.
Yes! There is an underground parking garage and surface lot at The Lincoln.

We like to say we have no one demographic. We try to be as inclusive as possible and make sure our communities are welcoming to all. Examples of past tenants range from empty nesters trying Cleveland out for size to couples living together for the first time to people moving back to Cleveland after spending some time away. Our communities have also become perfect landing spots for medical workers because of the easy access to Cleveland’s major hospital systems. Learn more about our community here.
Our building was inspired by the push and pull between nature—represented by Lincoln Park—and industry—represented by the steel bridges that intersect the Tremont neighborhood. Our design vision was to bring a feeling of the park to this more urban, industrial landscape, and for that reason we named the building after Lincoln Park.
Talk to our past and current residents about what it is like to live at an SCA property. They offer the best insight into the quality of our construction, our integrity, and our management of maintenance issues. We recommend you start with our Google reviews.
Our units tend to be priced less than our competitors and, for this reason, we typically do not offer specials at our buildings.
