Another great reason to contact our leasing team is that the team works across all of the SCA properties. So, if we can’t find the right fit for you at The Lincoln, they will be able to explore options at Fairmont Creamery, Wagner Awning, Mueller Lofts, and The Tappan with you, too.

We like to say we have no one demographic. We try to be as inclusive as possible and make sure our communities are welcoming to all. Examples of past tenants range from empty nesters trying Cleveland out for size to couples living together for the first time to people moving back to Cleveland after spending some time away. Our communities have also become perfect landing spots for medical workers because of the easy access to Cleveland’s major hospital systems. Learn more about our community here.
Our building was inspired by the push and pull between nature—represented by Lincoln Park—and industry—represented by the steel bridges that intersect the Tremont neighborhood. Our design vision was to bring a feeling of the park to this more urban, industrial landscape, and for that reason we named the building after Lincoln Park.
Talk to our past and current residents about what it is like to live at an SCA property. They offer the best insight into the quality of our construction, our integrity, and our management of maintenance issues. We recommend you start with our Google reviews.
Our units tend to be priced less than our competitors and, for this reason, we typically do not offer specials at our buildings.
